How to find us:

The F.M. Alexander Centre Zürich (ATLAZ ) is situated within half a minute easy reach of the Höschgasse tram stop. As you alight at the Tram Stop at once turn down Lindenstrasse (which is opposite to Migros) towards the lake, number 38 is the first building on the left as you walk down Lindenstrasse and we are on the upper ground floor.

Find the route from train station to Dammweg 7:

From the train station turn right and walk 100 meters and go under the railway, then go round the roundabout and cross the Rhone river. Once you are over the bridge turn immediately right alongside the river and go along Dammweg. Number 7 will be the fifth building on your left with red railings and a red door. The correct door is on the right side of the building.
